Wow, did this really happen? US soldiers burned Korans in Afganistan and strengthen the Anti-US spirit in the middle East. Most soldiers took this action lightly and didnt care about the consequence.

This is called ignorantalitarianism. There have been dozens of deaths because of this act.

As crazy as this seems, I hear US citizens making jokes about previous wars, the atomic bomb in Japan for example. It's time we reestablish the standards of sensitivity towards foreign culture and people.

Reactions?

  1. This is terrible. First of all, the US should be makIng sure it is building a good relationship with every foreign country possible. With the importance of globalization rapidly increasing like it is, relationships with foreign countries need to prosper.

  2. I agree that relationships with all countries are of increasing importance. I think that often citizens are so far removed from these types of ideas, that we are unable to realize just how horrible things can be. US soldiers are representing all of the citizens of the US, and therefore should act accordingly so as not to increase doubts about our country, to a further extent compared to how most countries already have issues with many of the things that America has done.
