What do you mean

when you say that Washington wastes taxpayer dollars?  If you read this, could you just type a quick response?

    I believe the saying "wasting tax dollars" implies that the government's budget money is being spent inefficiently. Taxpayers desire distinguishable results, and when the results of public spending are not easily seen, the money is considered "wasted."
